PROBLEM WITH MY 2001 VOLVO S80 T6?

To anyone out there that knows about Volvo’s i have a couple of things i am concerned about, one is that my front left wheel has a humming coming from that area while driving depending on the road and how the steering wheel is turned. What might be causing this and what might it cost to fix in utah. also the second thing is that the front left blinker just kinda randomly goes out and then comes back on, almost whenever it pleases (or so it seems) any thought as to this one?

The rumbling noise from the wheel could be either the bearing is worn on the hub, or the wheels out of alignment. (You will notice the wheel alignment if the car pulls slightly to one side while driving.) For wheel alignment, take it to your local tyre specialist.
The hub bearing is tapered and it is possible to correct that by tightening up, failing that it would need to be replaced. Not very expensive here, but I cannot comment on Utah.
Most common fault with lights is a bad earth. (does this happen in all weather or when it is dry?).
Take out the and bulb clean the contacts. An other possibility is the flasher unit, but this is unlikely.
